Arizona Contractor & Community Magazine L.L.C.makes its bi-monthly debut (Jan/Feb) with the cover story, "Inadvertent Homebuilder: John F. Long" about the man responsible for the construction of more than 30,000 homes. The most intriguing facet of Long turned out to be, when frustrated with the condition of Phoenix's streets, he donated labor and materials to fill potholes on 550 miles of roads in the late 1970s.
