Hardison/Downey Construction, Inc. recently completed extensive renovation of an existing office building at 3441 East Harbour Drive in Phoenix. The building is the corporate headquarters of Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply, the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and water management products in the country, which was founded in 1922.
The renovation work included demolition of exterior glass façade, as well as the entire executive and interior office space. The remodeled building features new exterior stucco as well as new interior executive and open offices, conference rooms, reception area with coffee/catering space, a photo/video studio, a lounge, employee breakroom and restrooms.
The reception area and breakroom incorporate the use of modularArts InterlockingRock panels as an accent to the space. The project includes upgraded electrical and HVAC, completed with high-end finishes, new furniture and equipment throughout.
