Skanska, one of the world’s leading construction and development firms, announced it has promoted Kevin Connor to vice president & project executive. He has been with Skanska for 17 years and was previously a project executive.
In his new role, he will continue oversight of the construction process for his customers, aiming to deliver projects that align with their business goals.
Connor has worked on EdgeCore Data Centers in both Arizona and Texas, Yavapai Regional Medical Center Cath Lab Expansion, Arizona Center and some projects for Banner Health.
A resident of Chandler, Ariz., Connor received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering at Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is active in 7x24 Exchange International and AFCOM (Association for Computer Operations Management). He was named a Top 40 Under 40 by the Engineering News-Record.
Skanska, which has been active in both the building and civil construction markets in Phoenix for many years, is based at 2800 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix.
