McCarthy Building Companies Inc. recently hired Ashley Codispoti as business development manager for the Education team in the Southwest region.
In this role, Codispoti is responsible for the development of the business/sales relationship with potential education clients, and assists division leaders with identifying and prioritizing pursuit opportunities in the K-12 sector. Additionally, she assembles pursuit teams and works with the Operations and Preconstruction teams in leading McCarthy’s pursuit process.
“Ashley has a passion for the construction industry and this role will utilize her exceptional team-building skills to foster open collaboration on our Education projects from start to finish,” said Steve Poulin, Vice President of Operations for McCarthy’s Education team.
Codispoti has more than 3 years of experience in the construction industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a concentration in marketing and advertising from East Tennessee State University. She actively volunteers with UMOM New Day Centers and the American Red Cross and is a board member of ACE Mentor Program of America, which matches professionals in architecture, construction and engineering with high school students open to a career in those fields.
