Commercial real estate’s leading annual awards, the Best of NAIOP, were presented virtually for the first time because of the COVID-19 pandemic. “NAIOP Arizona, like most organizations, has had to adapt during this unprecedented time. I commend Keith Earnest, Bryon Carney, Tom Jarvis and Katrina DeBaker for their fun and creative approach to making sure that we were able to recognize the amazing accomplishments of our industry,” said Jim Wentworth, Wentworth Property Company, the chapter’s Chairman.
The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP gave out awards in 29 categories. “The 2019 Best of NAIOP honors the year’s most successful projects, companies, and individuals within the commercial real estate industry (office/medical office, industrial, and retail). Best of NAIOP 2019 applications set an all-time record which is a testament to the abundance of quality development happening in Arizona. Congratulations to all the 2019 Best of NAIOP award nominees and winners. We applaud your efforts and appreciate your contributions to our community,” said Co-Chairman Keith Earnest, VanTrust Real Estate LLC. Bryon Carney, Cushman & Wakefield, served as the Co-Chairman.
