Sunland Asphalt recently showed off their new corporate office at 1625 E. Northern Avenue with a classy open house celebration. The event featured building tours, generous giveaways, complimentary food & beverages, and a Navajo sand painting demonstration.
The building was built in 1983 as medical office space, but was vacant when Sunland Asphalt decided to remodel it for their offices. For the renovations, the building was gutted back to shell.
Construction by Homes & Sons took six months. The architecture firm was Tiera Architects while the interior design was done by KT Tamm Inc.
“The project was a great collaboration between the owner, architect, designer and contractor to get the desired design within the required budget,” says Russ Homes.
