Skanska USA has announced that Nick Pemper, an industry veteran with nearly a decade of experience in commercial construction, has been promoted to project executive in Arizona.
Pemper, who is based in Skanska’s Phoenix office, initially joined the company in 2016 and most recently served as senior project manager. He has served on the construction team for a number of regional construction projects including the Aligned Data Center, the Banner Health, Del Webb Medical Center and Edgecore’s Mesa Data Center. In this new role, he will continue to oversee construction for Skanska’s regional projects and will help strengthen Skanska’s wealth of expertise in the mission critical sector.
“Since joining Skanska, Nick has grown to be a dynamic leader on complex and high-profile projects,” said Ross Vroman, executive vice president and general manager for Skanska’s Arizona construction operations. “We know that he will elevate Skanska’s performance and project portfolio, not just here in Phoenix, but across the state as our business continues to grow.”
Originally from Minnesota, Pemper holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Mankato. He is a certified LEED Green Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council and currently resides in Phoenix with his family.
