Diversified Partners, LLC, a real estate brokerage and development company based in Scottsdale, Ariz., recently announced their newest addition to the Diversified Partners family, Michelle Gatti.
In her new position, Gatti will offer her expertise in dispositions of large portfolios for national credit tenants, as well as continue to specialize in landlord and tenant representation in leasing commercial retail product across Arizona.
During her career, Gatti has represented Dairy Queen, Brakes Plus, Pep Boys, Cell Phone Repair, Mathnasium and Capital One. She brings a wealth of knowledge about the local and regional markets, which will allow her to identify and prioritize key tenants for development projects as well as to identify ideal locations and retailer opportunities.
A resident of Phoenix, Gatti graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College where she studied English with a focus on composition and law. Outside of work, Gatti stays busy with her five children, and five bonus-children. She and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, more specifically in the White Mountains of Arizona.
Diversified Partners, LLC, which has been active in the commercial real estate markets in Phoenix for many years, is based at 7500 E. McDonald Drive in Scottsdale, Ariz. Some current local projects include; En Fuego at Westgate, a 10.4-acre retail center adjacent to Westgate’s Entertainment District in Glendale; Ocotillo Trails Marketplace, with available retail space for lease in the fastest growing trade area in the Southeast Valley and Tramonto Marketplace, a brand new end cap with drive-thru available at the northeast corner of I-17 and Carefree Highway.
