The new leadership team will oversee the timely completion of the company’s ongoing projects in Phoenix and continue to grow the firm’s portfolio of projects across the Southwest region.
AP promoted Scott Salyer to Regional Manager of AP Southwest, where he will be responsible for developing business plans and risk management programs, as well as driving business results and operational decisions. “We’re excited to welcome Scott, Melissa, and Amara to our Phoenix office,” said Corbett Nichter, executive vice president and chief operating officer of AP’s eastern regions. “AP is invested in providing conscientious, timely, and safe construction management services to clients throughout Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and New Mexico. Their leadership will help us broadcast that mission to clients, subcontractors, and owners across the region, and deliver with every project.”
“I’m excited to collaborate with Melissa, Amara, and our strong preconstruction and operations teams to continue growing our presence in Phoenix,” said Salyer. “Even in the pandemic, Arizona continues to experience enormous growth, and I look forward to helping AP meet the construction needs of owners and developers across the region.”
