Scottsdale-based Agate Construction,Inc., a leading construction company specializing in innovative projects across various commercial and industrial market sectors, recently completed construction of its second project with FALCO Aluminum, the second phase of their aluminum manufacturing facility in Chandler, Arizona.
The recently completed project, an addition to the existing FALCO facility located in the Lone Butte Industrial Park, features a new 500-ton extrusion press, a mezzanine, and an overhead bridge crane. The 14,752 square foot facility expansion will serve as additional manufacturing and finishing space for hard alloy aluminum shapes, rod, bar, and forging stock for use in the aerospace, aviation, defense, automotive, recreational, and medical industries. With the completion of the project comes numerous new jobs in the Chandler community and will allow the customer-focused supplier to offer increased manufacturing capacity.
