Greenlight Communities, the Arizona-based developer dedicated to constructing attainable and affordable rental housing, is pleased to announce new leadership as Traci Wendelboe has been promoted to the role of President of Greenlight Construction.
Wendelboe’s promotion is yet another example of the tremendous growth that has taken place at Greenlight over the last six years.
Traci Wendelboe assumed the role of Project Manager at Greenlight in 2021 and quickly ascended to the position of Vice President of Project Management in 2022. With a construction career spanning over two decades, she possesses substantial expertise across diverse sectors such as multi-family, student housing, mixed-use, and heavy civil construction.
Since her relocation to Arizona in 2018, Wendelboe has achieved commendable success in supervising multi-family projects with a cumulative value exceeding $650 million. Furthermore, she is an active member of The National Association of Women in Construction and AZCREW.
Remarking on the opportunity, Wendelboe said, “I am honored to accept this position.
