Indicap Announces Rexel USA's Addition to Eastmark Center of Industry

Indicap proudly announces a new lease agreement with Rexel USA for 42,084 square feet in Phase 1 of the Eastmark Center of Industry.



Dallas-based Rexel USA, part of the global Rexel Group, is a leading distributor of electrical products and services. Rexel USA offers a comprehensive range of electrical supplies, automation solutions, and energy management services to professionals in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Their product portfolio includes lighting, electrical components, power distribution, and automation systems, serving electricians, contractors, industrial plants, and facility managers.

 

JLL’s Steven Larsen, Pat Harlan and Jason Moore represented Eastmark, while Colliers’ Paul Sieczkowski, Justin Sieczkowski, and Amy Chadick represented the tenant.

 

The Eastmark Center of Industry is a joint venture with AECOM-Canyon Partners, combining Indicap’s knowledge in industrial investment and development with AECOM-Canyon Partners' institutional-quality project development capabilities, design, and construction management expertise.
