JOHNSON CARLIER EXPANDS TEAM & WELCOMES STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER

Johnson Carlier, an Arizona-based independently managed general contractor, recently hired Janelle Shroyer to its roster of talented employees. In her position, Shroyer will be responsible for marketing initiatives including brand awareness, and coordination of planning, developing and producing competitive proposals, and more.


“Janelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the construction industry to help us implement process-driven strategies that are both effective and impactful,” said Tom Harrison, senior vice president and managing director of Johnson Carlier. “She is an exceptional asset to our team, and we are excited to see how she will grow our company.”

Prior to her work in the construction industry, Shroyer spent 10 years working in office management at a private wealth firm and at a bank in Honolulu, Hawaii. Most recently, she served as the marketing coordinator at Adolfson & Peterson Construction for four years. Through this experience, she has cultivated her marketing professionalism by developing strong people-skills that have helped her to create long lasting relationships with clients, industry partners and internal team members. She’s also managed the undertaking of unique approaches to a variety of pursuits including competitive proposals and project interviews.

In her current role, Shroyer hopes to align Johnson Carlier’s business strategies and brand awareness initiatives through social media platforms, community give-back proposals and team building events.

Shroyer is additionally the co-founder of Back 2 School Bounty, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to reducing teachers’ out-of-pocket expenses in Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota. Valuing the importance of community care, Shroyer’s involvement with the non-profit will provide opportunities for Johnson Carlier to interact with and give back to the deserving local neighborhoods it serves. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), an innovative group of marketing and business professionals working to inspire the architecture, engineering and construction industries.
