Ashley Hatley, business development director for the Southwest region’s K-12 and higher education sectors at McCarthy Building Companies Inc., was recently elected to the i.d.e.a. Museum Foundation board of directors.
The City of Mesa’s i.d.e.a. Museum is supported by the i.d.e.a. Museum Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide sustainable resources to fulfill the i.d.e.a. Museum’s mission through fundraising, advocacy and partnerships.
Hatley and her family frequently visit the i.d.e.a. Museum where her two young daughters enjoy the quality exhibitions and hands-on, STEM learning offerings.
As a board member, Hatley is committed to working together with fellow board members to fundraise, advocate and build partnerships that support the museum’s continued success. The board focuses on enhancing the museum's impact in the community and advancing early education efforts by supporting early learning, nurturing creative thinking and engaging families through hands-on exhibits and engaging activities.
Hatley has nearly a decade of experience in business development roles with a focus on building relationships, market expansion and championing operational efficiency. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
