PENTA safety officials led presentations on safety across Nevada, California and Arizona
The PENTA Building Group hosted a trade partner training event, "Creating a Dynamic Safety Culture," to enhance safety protocols across the construction industry. The company’s series of training sessions took place across multiple markets in Nevada, California and Arizona, further emphasizing PENTA’s unwavering commitment to construction safety.
Attendees benefited from educational presentations led by PENTA’s experienced safety officials, who covered a wide range of safety topics tailored to the unique needs of trade partners. Each session included lunch, and provided an opportunity for networking and further discussion on safety practices on the job-site.
“PENTA’s commitment to safety spans across every aspect of our operations,” said Rodd Weber Executive Director of Safety and Quality at The PENTA Building Group. “Through these training sessions, we aim to foster a steadfast safety culture and share best practices that protect not only our team members, but everyone involved in the construction project at all levels.”
In addition to this special series of events, PENTA’s dedication to safety is channeled through a comprehensive company-wide approach, encompassing quarterly safety-stand down events, continuous safety monitoring on job-sites, as well as a strong emphasis on recording, analyzing and sharing data in order to improve safety protocols internally and externally using its network connections with leading industry organizations.
