Valley-Based Greenlight Communities Continues Its Summer Giving With Donations to CASS, Saving Amy and The Arizona Humane Society

Valley-based Greenlight Communities which is solely focused on providing attainable housing for renters with a range of incomes is proud to end the summer months making a difference for three Valley charitable organizations.


Greenlight Communities is proud to sponsor several children through Saving Amy’s Back to School Drive. Saving Amy is committed to addressing homelessness by offering mentorship, supportive programs, and stability through employment. Their relentless efforts to transform lives and uplift families are truly inspiring. As one of the organizations supported by Greenlight Communities, Saving Amy received over $1,000 in in-kind donations, ensuring that several of their children have the confidence and supplies needed to begin the school year successfully.


Additionally, Greenlight Communities is also supporting homeless pets through a $2,500 donation to the Arizona Humane Society, an organization that will utilize the support to continue their mission to shelter, rehome and provide medical care to animals in need.

Greenlight Communities continued their annual water drive for Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) and donated over $8,000 to support their mission to prevent and end homelessness among individuals and families while advancing compassionate community solutions. CASS has been able to keep its doors open 24/7, sheltering over 6,500 people in crisis, providing over 230,000 bed nights, case managing over 2,000 people and assisting more than 1,262 get back into or remain in their housing.


Greenlight Communities has donated over $140,000 to various charities through its Greenlight Gives Initiative, reflecting our commitment to actively improving the communities we serve. This initiative goes beyond donations; it's about making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. By supporting organizations that align with our values, Greenlight Gives helps create a brighter, more vibrant future for Arizona.
